Founder of Brazilian mining companies Mirabela Nickel (former Chairman of this previous ASX200 company, located in Bahia; a project which went from exploration to production in 5 years and dual listed on ASX & TSX in 2004) and Serabi Gold Plc (former CEO and MD) ,gold miner in Para State, which is still in production and listed on AIM in 2005.
Founder and Chairman of Kalamazon; a soon-to-be developed kaolin mine in Amazon State with offtake and funding from China’s largest kaolin producer, Highsun.
Successful track record in founding, developing and listing resource companies including Sally Malay Mining Ltd (now Panoramic Resources Ltd) and Albidon Limited.
Founder and current Chairman of Twinza Oil Limited; with development/appraisal offshore well being drilled in PNG in September 2017
Stephen Quantrill (Director)
Stephen Quantrill is a chartered engineer with over 25 years’ of international experience in multifaceted roles in business ownership, company Chairmanships and Directorships. His experience as a business leader, shareholder and advisor has encompassed energy and natural resource companies, investment, financial and engineering services, property, bio-technology and the private equity arena.
Stephen is the former Executive Chairman of McRae Investments, the diversified investment holding company established by Harold Clough in 1965, and also currently acts as a Director of ASX-listed Tombador Iron (ASX:TI1). He holds a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering), Bachelor of Commerce, and a Masters of Business Administration, all awarded with first class honours. He is a Fellow of FINSIA, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Engineering Executive Member of Engineers Australia.
Hayward Tan (Director)
Hayward is an experienced finance and corporate executive and Company Director with more than 40 years’ experience in logistics and transportation, with more than 30 years in the engineering and mining industry.
